=> Any Test Packages once purchased will not be cancelled or refunded.
=> Admission fee (Registration fee) once paid will not be cancelled or refunded.
=> According to the Guidelines of the then District Collector, Sikar on 12 May, 2016, students who want to discontinue study at this institute may get refund strictly in accordance with the following rules:
• If the amount is payable, then the refund of any amount shall be refunded by cheque/ Online Payment (UPI) only after deducting the following amount + GST:
1. Upto 7 Days:Deduction = 10% of Total fee + GST
2. Upto 14 Days:Deduction = 15% of Total fee + GST
3. Upto 21 Days:Deduction = 20% of Total fee + GST
4. Upto 30 Days:Deduction = 50% of Total fee + GST
5. Upto 60 Days:Deduction = 70% of Total fee + GST
• After 60 days of admission, no amount will be refunded.
• If the Course fee is refunded in that case only parents of ward will be eligible to take the amount and the amount will be refunded through Cheque/ Online Payment (UPI) only.
• To receive refundable amount, the parents of ward should apply in written.
• Refund request through Email/Fax/Telephone/Mobile/SMS will not be entertained.
• In special case where any student get selected in any Govt. Exam. may get a refund of 50% of the amount deposited deducting GST on it even after 30 days on producing the following document:
1. Copy of selection Result Sheet.
2. Original fee receipt of BANCO CAREER ACADEMY
3. Student I-Card.
• Refund request will be processed for only those students, who will submit the refund request form available on our website.
• Original fee deposit receipt and all student cards must be attached with the refund request.
• For any legal dispute jurisdiction will be Sikar (Rajasthan) only.
• Note:No refund shall be provided to any student in case the student is rusticated from the Institute on disciplinary grounds.
